Introducing the Personalised Feedback Programme (PFP)

 

  • After completing the simple Book A Session form we will allocate you your own Guru who specialises in interviewing for the type of role you intend to apply for.
  • Using the Guru's knowledge of the industry and experience of interviewing, they will start by determining the types of questions you will need to be prepared for, and what positive and negative indicators of evidence the person conducting your interview will be looking for.
  • Our Guru will call you at a pre-arranged time and perform a mock interview with you over the telephone. (This is one interview where you have no reason to be nervous! Our Gurus are very friendly people and on YOUR side. Most interviews will take 20 - 30 mins to complete depending on the role)
    * if an interview relys heavily of competency based questioning it can exceed this time.
  • Within 24 hours you will receive detailed feedback on the interview itself, and you will get to see in Black and White exactly what indicators an interviewer was looking for.
