FAQ's
Let's say for example you have applied for a role based in customer service. A question you are always likely to be asked is:
"Describe a time when you have provided great/exceptional customer service."
(You would need to always be prepared for this question to be asked in some form, EG. What is your idea of great customer service? How do you offer exceptional customer service? What does excellent customer look like? Etc...)
Our Gurus will assess how strong your answer is and show you exactly what indicators an interviewer would look for. Using our expert feedback you can then structure your answers accordingly.
Two out of a potential seven positive indicators would be:
- Provides a service or seeks solutions for customer that go beyond the obvious or expected.
- Actively seeks feedback from customer on their experience.
One put of five possible negative indicators would be:
- Candidate fails to distinguish between excellent and standard customer service.
Can you guarantee that i will pass my job interview if i use this service?
Of course not! You can be prepared and have all the best answers but that can never guarantee success. There are just far too many variables.
What will happen if i miss your telephone interview because i'm not available or forget?
It will not cause a problem, just contact us and reschedule for another time. Unfortunately we can only reschedule a person a maximum of 3 times.
Can you really help me interview for any role?
We have experience with a vast range of roles and have a Guru to fit almost any area of business. From time to time we get asked to assist with job interviews that we have no experience in.
In these situations where we feel we are unable to be of any value you to you, we will decline your business because that will go against the founding purpose of this service - to help people.
The times that you have available for telephone interview are not suitable. What can I do?
Just let our admin team know using the contact us form and we will do our best to accommodate you. This is not always possible because our Gurus interview full-time for other companies and organisations.
Do you provide this service ouside of the UK?
Unfortunately our Personalised Feedback Programme is currently only available to candidates within the UK.
